Dichos actos comprenden, entre otros, operaciones traslativas de dominio como compraventas, donaciones, permutas, adjudicaciones por herencia o remate, fideicomisos, constituciones de reg\u00edmenes de propiedad en condominio, testamentos, tr\u00e1mites sucesorios, hipotecas, cancelaciones de hipotecas, ratificaciones de firmas, fes de hechos y cotejo de documentos.<br \/><strong>b) Finalidades secundarias:<\/strong> Adicionalmente, y \u00fanicamente con el consentimiento previo del titular, sus datos podr\u00e1n ser tratados para fines estad\u00edsticos institucionales, mejora del servicio y difusi\u00f3n gremial. En su caso, estos fines podr\u00e1n realizarse mediante el uso de datos que hayan sido previamente disociados, conforme a lo dispuesto en la fracci\u00f3n III del art\u00edculo 9 de la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales en Posesi\u00f3n de Particulares (LPDPPP).<br \/>El tratamiento de los datos se limitar\u00e1 exclusivamente al cumplimiento de las finalidades antes descritas, siendo necesario, adecuado y relevante conforme a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 12 de la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales en Posesi\u00f3n de Particulares (LPDPPP).
